We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Technical Assistant (Lagos International Trade Fair 2025)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (September - November 2025)

Job Description

• In preparation for the 2025 Lagos International Trade Fair, the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) is seeking to engage experienced Technical Assistants to support the Technical Unit of its Trade Promotion Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing floor plans and site layouts for the Lagos International Trade Fair.
• Provide administrative support, including minute-taking and report writing.
• Support the Building and Operations Committees with secretarial duties.
• Participate in site operations such as space allocation and demarcation.
• Supervise electrical, civil, and related technical works during the Fair.
• Conduct measurements, develop project briefs, scopes, and technical specifications.
• Perform price surveys and prepare cost estimates.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc., B.Tech, or HND in Architecture, Building, Civil/Electrical Engineering, or Estate Management.
• Minimum of 8 years of post-NYSC professional experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory).
• Highly organized with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of facilities management will be an added advantage.
