Job Summary

• We are looking for a Telecommunications Documentation Processor with attention to detail to join our team. 
• You will be in charge of precisely processing and handling of documents, making sure that all data is entered and kept up to date.
• Supporting different teams around the company and preserving the integrity of our documentation procedures will depend heavily on your work.

Responsibilites

• Develop and maintain documentation for telecommunications systems and processes
• Participate in Document Set-Up, Optimization, and editing (both content and formatting) of client documents
• Analyse and interpret telecommunication documents and update information to a proprietary computer system
• Perform within strict guidelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity
• Actively participate and may lead telecommunication training.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office software, including Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications hardware, software, and protocols.
• Experience in the Telecommunication Sector.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Benefits

• Salary: N250,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
