Telemarketer Intern

We are looking for confident, well-spoken individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. Your job is simple: talk to people, invite them to our program, and get them signed up. Role Overview You reach out to over 200 potential candidates per day. You will be sending emails, dms phone calls and sending voice notes to potential participants who have shown interest in our program. You are the voice of the company. If you are persuasive, patient, and love talking to people, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do) · Lead Generation: Send out 100 emails, 30 DMs, and 30 comments daily to potential participants on platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn. · Client Support: Send welcome emails to new registrants and guide them through their tasks. · Tracking: Maintain simple daily reports and update tracking sheets in real-time. · Make Calls: Reach out to leads (provided by us) via phone calls and WhatsApp voice notes daily. · Explain the Program: Clearly explain what we do, answer questions, and handle objections (e.g., "Is this free?", "Is it a scam?"). · Persuade & Close: Convince potential participants to register for the program immediately. · Follow Up: Call back people who showed interest but didn't register immediately. Do not let any lead go cold. · Daily Reporting: Submit a simple daily report of calls made, conversations had, and registrations gotten. Requirements (What We Need) · Must have a laptop,smartphone and stable internet/data. ·Must be available for a daily check-in meeting (voice or text). · No prior experience needed; just a willingness to learn.
