A larger percentage of our clientele are working-class people, who outsource their laundry needs / worries.

Job Position: Telesales Agent

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Description

• We are seeking highly motivated Telesales Agents to join our team. As a Tele Sales Agent, you will be responsible for converting leads into customers through effective communication and sales techniques.
• This is a hybrid position, suitable for graduates, entry-level candidates, interns, and NYSC members looking to gain valuable sales experience.
• You will receive leads from our database and will be tasked with meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
• Present products or services over the phone in a compelling manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Provide accurate information and answer questions about ourservices.
• Keep detailed records of calls and sales activities in the system.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 0-2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection and phone.

Salary
N50,000 / Month + 3% commission on meeting 70% of N500,000 target
