The Big Smile, Since 2018, has been working with women, girl’s men, boys, the community, and families living in poverty. Our dedicated team continues to provide support to women and girls to be self-reliant, creating a pathway for their development to be self-reliant, and ending violence against women and girls for good.

We understand the deep-rooted problems facing women and girls and work alongside the government, whole communities, children, youth, women, men, and families. We make sure women and girls are safe from harm, able to earn a living, and able to claim their rights, and we prioritise their rights and leadership during times of crisis.

Job Position: Media and Communication Intern

Job Location: Borno

Job Description

  • TBSF is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic media and communication intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing our media and communication strategy, creating engaging content, and maintaining our social media presence.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing, photography, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and graphic design software (e.g., Lightroom, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Preferably a serving Corps member.
