We connect buyers, retailers and wholesalers by facilitating services that will enable consumers, merchants, and other participants to conduct commerce in our ecosystem. Alas, buyers and sellers can connect in a seamless environment to network on products ranging from automobile, gadgets, home appliances, cosmetic products, clothing, foot wares etc.

Tradefestival.com is in need of a suitable candidate to fill the position of:

Job Title: Trade Point Administrator

Roles

•  Inspection of products dropped in terms of authencity, damages, etc
•     Verification of the quality of products dropped
•     Collection and arranging of products at the warehouse
•     Products price advisory
•     Inventory management and tracking of orders made by buyers

•     Registering of customers (sellers) on the ecommerce platform.
•     Managing of customer’s data
•     Snapping and editing of products to be listed on the platform
•     Listing products on the platform

Responsibilities

•     Knowledge of the following software’s is an added advantage: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks, Corel Draw
•     Responsible for the quality of graphic design on products.
•     Responsible for giving a detailed description of products to be listed on the platform.
•     Must be able to exercise independent judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.
•     Must be able to apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

•     Customer Relation skills
•     Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
•     Effective verbal and listening communications skills
•     Must be Creative
•     Diligent and reliable
