Job Position: Business Development Analyst
Job Location: Chevron Drive, Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

Description


  • The Business Development Analyst is key to our client's Business Development Unit. You will provide Business Development Services to clients and referrals from partner organizations to support business growth and development.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, consultancy and advisory solutions and access to development finance products.
  • This role requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Leadership:

  • Be knowledgeable about Company services and efficiently, be proactive in performing the role.

Customer:
Our client’s partners may require the responsibilities and services below under the supervision of Management:

  • Provide support in developing business plans.
  • Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on proposed improvements.
  • Quantitative research methodologies, creating financial models, and performing valuation analysis.
  • Qualitative research methodologies include performing market research and collecting business intelligence
  • Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client.
  • Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution.
  • Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes.
  • Support the business development activities of the firm, such as the pursuit development and production of thought papers

Operations:

  • Research problems and solutions.
  • Gather relevant information and data.
  • Compile reports and give presentations.
  • Interview personnel.
  • Analyse financial and employment reports.
  • Proffer solutions and develop alternative practices.
  • Meet with clients jointly with management for analysis and making recommendations
  • Assess options for process improvement
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams

Requirements
Areas of study preferred:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Business Administration. A Master’s degree would be an advantage.

Experience:

  • The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in any relevant field, such as Credit Analysis, Audit, working in a Financial Institution, etc.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
