Farm & Farmers House Global Services founded in November 2015 is a leading Agricultural business company in Nigeria offering a wide range of animal, livestock and aquaculture products employing innovative approach and research. Our products ranges in Rice farming, poultry, Aquaculture, piggery, cattle and goat breeding and fattening, meat and meat processing. We aim at making our products and other farm produce available in Nigeria and around the world by applying mechanized agricultural technics to achieve paramount solutions for private and public sectors at affordable price.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Trainee and Fresh Graduate

Job Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
• Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
• Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
• Upholding the good name of the company at all times.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
• Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
• Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
• Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
• Bringing positive energy into the company, and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
• Writing a test or submitting to some other form of evaluation at the end of the graduate program.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc with 1-2 years of experience.
• Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset.

Salary
N55,000 - N70,000 / Month
