Job Position: Trickster / Booking Officer

Job Location: Oshodi, Alaba international, Jibowu, Maza Maza, Lagos
Employment Type: Shift

Job Summary

• The ticketers will be responsible for booking, issuing of ticket and seats for passengers on our buses.
• They are to attend to both walk-in and online customers.

Job Description

• Provide support to customers with online payment
• Announce boarding schedules
• Answer customer inquiries at the booking office
• Issue tickets to customers
• Validate payment
• Provide any other relevant assistance to the customer regarding their trip.

Requirements

• OND / HND in Administration or related discipline.
• 2 years of cognate experience in a similar role within the transportation industry.
• Smart, energetic and honest person.
• Reconciliation of payment/account
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Attention to details
• Verbal and written communication.
