Job Position: UI/UX Designer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the Job

• As a UI/UX Designer within our Digital Transformation team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences.
• You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, and business analysts, to translate complex business needs into intuitive user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Bearing an empathetic and passionate approach for your design solutions.
• Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and wireframes to showcase user flows and functionality.
• Participate in user testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Stay current on design trends and best practices within the digital transformation space.
• Ensure UI elements align with established design principles and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are translated seamlessly into functional interfaces.
• Ability to translate complex design concepts into clear and intuitive experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proven track record of designing user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles (information architecture, interaction design, visual design).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Just in Mind and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for digital transformation and its potential to create positive change.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working within the digital transformation space.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects.

Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
