Job Position: Underwriting Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Assess applications, renewals, and claims to define appropriate coverage.
• Develop underwriting guidelines for compliance and financial integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to refine underwriting for risk management.

Person Specification

• 5+ years in underwriting, ideally in an HMO or health insurance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Risk assessment proficiency, health insurance underwriting.
• Detail-oriented, ethical, excellent communicator.
