Job Position: Unit Manager
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

• As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and managing your own sales team.
• Identifying market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Providing unparalleled customer service.
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition to recruit top sales talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with confidence and business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals independently.
• Preferred residency in Ajah or nearby areas.

Salary

• N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
