We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Video Editor


Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Contract Type: 3-month contract (renewable based on performance)

About the Role

  • We're looking for a skilled and passionate Video Editor to join our creative team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging and polished videos for our YouTube channel.
  • Your creativity and technical expertise will be essential in bringing our content to life.

Responsibilities

  • Edit raw video footage into compelling and visually appealing videos.
  • Add music, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance the viewing experience.
  • Ensure videos are properly formatted and optimized for YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the content strategist to understand creative vision and project requirements.
  • Maintain a consistent editing style and brand identity across all videos.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stay up-to-date on video editing trends and software.
  • Organize and manage video files and assets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND in any field.
  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably with a focus on YouTube content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, transitions, and color correction.
  • Ability to create visually engaging and dynamic videos.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be based in Ibadan.
  • Portfolio of past work showcasing relevant experience.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
