A reputable Travel and Tour company (IATA licensed) located in Lagos, due to planned expansion and strategic organisational turn-around, is seeking to employ suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position below:

Job Descriptions
- Provide administrative support to the visa office
- Assist in making sure that all the information provided by clients is accurate and correct
- Assist in overseeing the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents
- Liaise and work closely with the other department to ensure that forms and formats for all transactions are correct and complete prior to submission
- Prepare on a monthly basis report on visa application/reconciliation
Qualifications, Competencies and Experience
- University degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Marketing, Management and Communications or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Must have worked in a similar capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, power points and computer graphics.
- A creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
