Job Overview

• We are seeking a diligent and experienced Warehouse/Inventory Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and accurate record-keeping of all our fashion products.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and products. Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including organizing the warehouse layout, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining safety standards.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate and manage order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping orders to customers and retail partners.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with production team, suppliers regarding delivery schedules, order statuses, and any discrepancies or issues with shipments.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy, ensuring that any discrepancies or issues are promptly addressed.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily detailed reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and warehouse activities. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.
• Technology Utilization: Use inventory management software and systems to track inventory levels, generate reports, and manage warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of proven work experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety and health regulations.

Allied Experience:

• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes.
