Job Position: Warehouse Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced warehouse manager will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safe and compliance with the company policies and also oversee the efficient receipt , storage and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and distributing goods
• Plan and coordinate efficient stockcontrol and inventory management to minimize losses and optimize storage space.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentaion of stock movemnt and invenetory records
• Develop and implement effective warehouse policies, procedures and systems
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of perfomance and productiivity
• Liase with procurement, logiistics and the other departmentto ensure smooth operational flow.
• Conduct regular audit of inventory and resolve any discrepancies promplty.
• Optimize warehouse layout to ensure efficiciency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations

Qualification and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in logistics, supply chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse managment or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Profiency in inventory management software and microsoft office suite
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communcation skills
• Knowledge of safety and health regulation
• Candidate around Alaba Suru, Mile2 preferably

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
