Job Brief

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Officer.
• As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods in the warehouse
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Generate reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels and productivity
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Implement and enforce proper warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer-satisfactory

Requirements

• SSCE or National Diploma
• 1 - 2 years of work experience.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Officer or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
