We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Warranty Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures to streamline warranty claims processing.
• Technical report to OEMs and Organization in a structured format, Interpret the data related to warranty claims, customer complaints, product failures, etc. Identify patterns, root causes, and potential solutions based on the analysis.
• Monitor warranty claims submitted by dealerships, Locations ensuring compliance with company & OEMs policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and quality assurance, to address recurring warranty issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in warranty management within automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to retrive warranty data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interper effective collaboration with internal te partners.
• Proficiency in warranty management
• Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshoot warranty issues.
