Job Position: Wealth Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Wealth Manager will be responsible for mobilizing deposits, manage high-value client relationships, drive investment product sales, and support the bank’s liability growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), corporates, and institutional clients for deposit mobilization.
• Promote and structure Fixed Deposit, Savings, and Investment products in line with bank pricing and risk guidelines.
• Maintain strong, professional client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, indicative offers, and term sheets to clients.
• Track market interest rates and competitor offerings to support pricing decisions.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to internal credit and risk policies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly liability mobilization targets.

Requirements

• BSc Degree / HND in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of deposit mobilisation / wealth management (preferably in MFB, commercial bank, asset management or investment finance).
• Strong existing network of HNIs and corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of investment products, treasury, and market rates.
