Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.

Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Description


  • Create and manage web-based ordering platforms (desktop and mobile) ensuring they are fast, user-friendly, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance online menu displays, promotions, and user flows.
  • Improve website performance, load speed, and responsiveness to ensure seamless customer ordering experiences. 
  • Continuously test and implement features to improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
  • Develop and maintain secure integrations with multiple payment platforms, ensuring PCI compliance.
  • Implement systems that support multiple store locations, real-time order routing, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage location-based services (LBS) for accurate delivery and pickup options.
  • Oversee hosting, servers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support peak traffic during promotions.
  • Implement load balancing and caching mechanisms to ensure website uptime during high-volume campaigns.
  • Integrate the web platform with internal systems (e.g., POS, CRM, ERP) and third-party delivery aggregators (Glovo, Chowdeck etc.).
  • Manage Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) and ensure cross-platform compatibility for Android, iOS, and web-based systems. • Implement and monitor analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to track user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights on order trends, website performance, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Maintain SSL certificates, firewalls, and secure coding practices to safeguard customer data.
  • Conduct regular security audits, monitor vulnerabilities, and apply patches Ensure compliance with NDPR, GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Implement and support web-based promotional campaigns, banners, and limited-time offers (LTOs).
  • Manage landing pages and microsites for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and local search (store-level SEO).
  • Update and manage digital content on the company’s website, ensuring promotions and product information remain accurate.
  • Develop and support integrations with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for email and app-based push notifications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams, stores, and customers related to the web platform. 
  • Research and recommend emerging web technologies and solutions to enhance the company’s digital presence and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and integrate customer feedback systems to improve user satisfaction and address issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js Experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, Ruby, or ASP.NET 
  • Familiarity with databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal. 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git. 
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in website development, administration, and maintenance. 
  • Strong knowledge of website hosting, DNS, and server configurations.
  • Strong understanding of web security protocols (SSL, firewalls, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and website analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in agile, collaborative environments.
