Job Description

• Join our dynamic startup team as a Website and Graphics Designer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity through innovative design solutions.
• You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling visual experiences that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom WordPress websites from concept to completion, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
• Customize and configure WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements and maintain brand consistency.
• Create high-quality graphics, including logos, icons, banners, and marketing materials, that align with our brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with our development team to implement front-end designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Website and Graphics Designer with proficiency in WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and customization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Corel Draw, Canva,Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SEO principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and usability testing methodologies.

Salary
N160,000 / month.
