ACEMS is a wholly indigenous company incorporated on August 29, 1991. The Company’s line of Business includes but not limited to:
• Marine, Shipping and Consultancy Services (condition survey and valuation, advisory and pre-procurement inspection of vessels.)
• Marine Vessels Repairs and Maintenance.
• Construction of small crafts (Barge, House Boats, etc.).
• Supply and operation of crew / supply vessels and other utility vessels to the oil

ACEMS is duly registered with the following regulation agencies: Department of Petroleum Resources, Nigerian Ports Authority, National Maritime and Safety Agency and NIPEX. We are also registered as contractors with: Mobil Nigeria Limited, Shell Petroleum and Development Company and other major oil producers in Nigeria.
FUTURE OUTLOOK
A & C Engineering and Marine Services Ltd. hopes to own a larger ship building/repair yard capable of handling up to 3000MT vessels and capacity to achieve Maintenance of Single Buoy Mooring System (SBM).
To pursue/and achieve its fleet expansion programme in the shortest time to enable her become a major player in the upstream activity in the Nigerian oil and gas Industry.
