ETC believes that one of the core foundations required to support the energy transition in Africa, is a steady flow of professional, skilled and experienced solar professionals and practitioners to handle solar energy installations, projects and jobs. We are on a mission to transform economies by developing talents that lead the energy access and renewable energy transition.
We are obsessed with providing access to renewable energy in-demand skills for talents, regardless of their ability to pay upfront, and matching them to solar jobs on completion of training.
Our training program comprises the Talent corp for recent graduates, and the Elite talent corps for experienced solar professionals to level up and be matched to local and international large-scale projects.
