We wish to recruit for the following positions.
Job Position: Office Manager
Job Location: Badore, Lagos.
Description of job:
1- Be in Overall control of company work and set overall priorities.
2- Report to the board on all aspects of the company's performances.
3- Establishes, overhaul and implement company's administration.
4- Oversee sales, procurement, production performances.
5- Oversee stock control and quality control measures.
6- Improve employees and clients retention rates through active communication and problem solving.
7- Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employees development.
8- Develop organisational procedures and systems for office operational.
9- Develop effective sales and promotional strategy.
10- Revamp employee performance schemes, discipline and conduct.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
2- Very strong analytical and reporting skills.
3- A creative and innovative thinker, always willing and able to create unique solutions to problems as they arise.
4- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current comprehensive knowledge of client's products and services.
WORKING EXPERIENCE: In building industry, compulsory.
QUALIFICATION
2;1 Degree from 1st Class University in Maths, Engineering/Science or Project Management.
SALARY: 100K - 140K Starting.
