i. This is by depositing and maintaining a sinking fund which shall be deducted as staff visits the facility, and a medical utilization Ledger (Medical Bill) presented at the end of each month to the company.
ii. The alternative payment plan will be by compiling all medical bills incurred by staff at the end of each month and raising an Invoice accordingly and presenting same to you for payments.
