Job Position: 3D Designer (Architect)

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Developing designs based on client specifications or company branding guidelines
• Communicating effectively with clients to gather information about their needs, preferences, and deadlines
• Creating computer-generated models of three-dimensional objects or scenes by using specialized software programs such as AutoCAD or Maya
• Developing models of buildings or other structures by making drawings and calculations using computer-aided design (CAD) software applications
• Developing and designing new products for commercial use by creating prototypes and mockups using computer-aided design (CAD) software applications such as AutoCAD or Maya
• Updating designs as needed based on feedback from clients or other team members
• Designing models of inanimate objects such as buildings, furniture, and kitchen appliances
• Preparing technical drawings such as blueprints and sketches for construction projects
• Developing concepts and drawings for interior design projects such as retail spaces, restaurants, and hotels.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 7 years of work experience.
