Job Position: Account Agent
Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Nasarawa

Job Summary

• As an Account Officer Agent, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, managing accounts, and driving financial inclusion in your assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new businesses as Moniepoint customers
• Educate customers on Moniepoint products and services
• Provide support to existing customers and resolve complaints
• Drive transaction growth and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet and exceed targets.
