Job Position: Account Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As an Account Executive, the candidate will be responsible for the preservation and expansion of our clientele.
• S/he will work with the team to ensure all services are delivered on time, on budget and in accordance with the company and clients’ standards.

Specific Job Functions

• Manage the entire client lifecycle
• Oversee new client on-boarding process
• Coordinate teams to meet project milestones
• Communicate with clients and gather all information required for projects
• Maintain a client database and update information regularly
• Create business development proposals
• Present products and services to prospective clients
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define prospective clients
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction
• Perform promotional activities for clients
• Organize events and product exhibitions
• Travel to meet clients and attend conferences, workshops, trade shows, industry events, and seminars
• Monitor competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in business development strategy, products, or services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or Client Services Executive in a Consulting firm
• Commercial awareness
• Knowledge of Market Research, Sales and Negotiation
• Outstanding knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
