We have factories located in Awe, Oyo State; Jos, Plateau State,Our products comprise of crumble, pellets, and mash made with high-quality ingredients and formulated to meet the nutritional needs of different types of poultry and other livestock.

Job Position: Account Officer
Job Location: Awe, Oyo

Job Description
- The Account Officer will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, managing account reconciliations, and supporting the financial team with reporting and budgeting.
- This role is essential for maintaining our financial integrity and helping drive operational efficiency within the feed mill.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile account balances, verify bank statements, and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments for efficient financial processes
- Maintain and monitor petty cash expenses
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports in compliance with company policies
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and expense analysis
- Process invoices, payroll, and receipts, ensuring accurate entries
- Support financial audits and assist in tax preparation as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Officer or in a similar accounting role
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
