Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Summary


  • As an Account Officer you will be responsible for managing the financial bookkeeping and records of an organization.
  • Your duties include recording transactions, payments and expenses and processing invoices.

Job Description

  • Manage/Approval of petty cash.
  • Weekly report and reconciliation of production warehouse and work in progress (WIP).
  • Maintain physical and digital records of all invoices.
  • Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
  • Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
  • Posting and filing of bank payment (daily)
  • Reconcile bank statement.
  • Maintains and reviews financial records and reports discrepancies.
  • Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manages filing system and maintains an accurate database of all transactions.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in the cosmetics manufacturing industry will be and added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skill and detail oriented
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proximity to Gbagada, Lagos.
