Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to:

• Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate record-keeping, cost control, and adherence to accounting standards.
• Be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and collaborating with project managers to optimize financial performance.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll, and assisting with financial audits.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Masters and ICAN or a related Professional Certificate is highly desirable
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Construction Company
• Strong understanding of construction accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
