We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Lagos

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for the finance department.
• Oversee and manage accounting and finance functions, including cash flow analysis, financial forecasting, and interpretation of financial records.
• Provide managerial advice based on thorough financial analysis and reporting.
• Conduct statutory, regulatory, and management reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure budgetary considerations are integrated into strategic planning processes.
• Coordinate daily budget implementation, monitor compliance, and advise on potential financial issues proactively.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• HND / B.Sc. in Accounting or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fintech industry.
• ICAN certification or other relevant professional qualifications.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in financial reporting.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on excellence.
• Ability to start immediately.
