Job Position: Admin / Account Officer
Job Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Job Summary
- The Admin/Accounts Officer manages administrative and financial operations and ensures seamless day-to-day activities, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with organizational policies.
- The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of accounting and administrative practices.
Job Description
Administrative Duties:
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain and manage office supplies, records, and equipment.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle correspondence, memos, and official documents professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise support staff to maintain a productive office environment.
Financial and Accounting Duties:
- Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits when required.
Other responsibilities:
- Generate regular financial and administrative reports for management.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative and financial matters.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
