Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect with a minimum of four (4) years of professional experience to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring functionality, safety, sustainability, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings using relevant design software.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, planning regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material selections, and construction methods.
• Manage design revisions and address technical issues during construction.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of four (4) years of proven work experience as an Architect.
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and architectural standards.
• Good understanding of local planning regulations and building codes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
