Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our fashion house and support the design, development, and optimization of our retail, showroom, and production spaces.
• The ideal candidate will combine creative design skills with strong technical and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop layouts for stores, showrooms, offices, and production areas.
• Produce architectural drawings, 2D/3D renderings, and detailed plans.
• Supervise construction, installations, and site works.
• Manage project timelines, cost estimates, materials, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and brand identity.
• Recommend improvements and support facility maintenance.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture; professional certification is an advantage.
• 3 – 7 years of experience in architecture, interior or retail design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong project management and site supervision skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate brand vision into functional spaces.
