Job Summary


  • The Asset Integrity & Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and optimal performance of Torupere client's assets, including equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. This role requires expertise in maintenance planning, risk-based inspection, and corrosion prevention to maximize asset lifespan and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee asset integrity programs, encompassing preventive and corrective maintenance, condition monitoring, and cathodic protection strategies.
  • Implement regular inspections and assessments using appropriate methodologies to monitor the health and condition of equipment and systems.
  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules, optimizing maintenance activities to minimize downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the HSE Manager to integrate safety protocols into all maintenance activities and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve asset reliability.
  • Prepare maintenance budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with operational goals and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in asset integrity and maintenance within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of implementing effective maintenance programs.
  • Proficiency in asset integrity management systems, risk-based inspection methodologies, and corrosion prevention techniques.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams.
