Position Overview


  • The HR Operations Manager will play a central role in overseeing, managing, and streamlining human resources operations. Responsibilities will encompass budget management, policy implementation, improvement of employee relations, and supervision of recruitment processes.
  • The role will be crucial in guaranteeing the smooth running of all internal HR processes.

  • This is an onsite position from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements.
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
  • Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labour regulations, and all other relevant topics.
  • Managing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to seamless onboarding for new employees.
  • Set objectives for the various teams and track progress based on metrics.
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of HR operations experience in retail and sales, with significant responsibilities in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
  • Industry experience within the retail space is an added advantage.
