Our client is a reputable automobile service company with the goal of offering optimum vehicle services to its customers. They are currently recruiting for the position of an Auto-mechanic workshop supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years’ experience as a car mechanic
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of mechanic shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, braking system and alignment system

Education Requirements:

• B.Eg.
• Automotive or technical school experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Be able to diagnose, repair and change brakes and brake pads on vehicles of all makes and models
• Be able to properly and accurately align any car using a Hunter alignment machine
• Use a wheel balancing machine
• Change shock absorbers
• AC regasification
• Car battery replacement
• Install and replace car tires
• Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Properly secure vehicle to lift to ensure safe operation
• Operate independently and as a team member
• Perform and demonstrate Customer Service Satisfaction
• Will follow direction and adhere to policies and procedures, while exhibiting a neat and clean appearance.
• Aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
