Job Position: Backend Developer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Understand the entire life cycle and implement new features on the app.
• Main focus on coding and debugging.
• Collaborate with Front-end developers.
• Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
• Provide training, help and support to other team members.
• Build high-quality reusable code that canbe used in the future.
• Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Learn about new technologies.
• Translating UI design into user friendly interface.
• Plan, implement and manage new products.
• Write and implement server-side logic for both web and mobile application.
• Stay up to date with current best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Nodejs Engineer with at least 3 years experience.
• JavaScript (Nodejs), Mongodb, Redis, Git, GitHub.
• Working knowledge of Rabbitmq, Design Patterns in Javascript, Queuing, software Architecture.
• Thorough understanding of the software Development life cycle (SDLC)
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit.
