Job Description

• Our client is seeking experienced Branch Managers to oversee daily operations and ensure optimal performance across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and production activities.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Drive revenue growth and cost efficiency at branch level.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch staff performance.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong people management and operational leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
