We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Branch Supervisor

Job Location: Tradefair, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Staff management including training, evaluating performance and motivating the team to meet performance goals.
• Oversee loan application process
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Promote loan products.

Qualifications

• Must possess a University Degree or Higher National Diploma.
• Must have experience in a microfinance bank
• Must be a senior loan officer in a microfinance bank.
