Hillcrest Agro-allied Industries Limited is an agricultural products processing company located in Offa, Kwara State. We operate a rice processing mill that produces par-boiled head rice and we deliver to the final customer through distributors. We add value to nutrition and overall well-being.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Brand Manager

Job Location: Offa, Kwara

Job specifications

• Our Brand Manager develops and executes the brand strategy and makes feedstock available to support the strategy.
• His or her task would include arranging consultations work with farmers on latest technologies.
• He or she shapes the company’s outward image by uncovering consumer insights.
• Additionally, he or she defines what attract our customers and prospects, and how we can improve customer experience,

Requirements
Work experience:

• 7+ years experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, out of which 4+ years working experience in brand management; or out of which 4+ years experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.

Abilities:

• Sound leadership ability.
• Strategic thinking and ability.
• Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations.
• Understanding of the marketing mix.
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.

Competences:

• Marketing.
• R & D.
• Public relations.
• Product development.
