Job Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

1. Supervise and guide real estate agents, administrative staff, and support personnel.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch goals.

3. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure professional growth and high performance.

4. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Business Development

1. Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the local real estate market.

2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, and other stakeholders.

3. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.


4. Represent the branch at networking events and community functions.

Operational Oversight

1. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and process adherence.

2. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and company policies.

3. Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the branch.

4. Handle escalated client issues and resolve disputes effectively.

Sales Management

1. Monitor agent performance and provide guidance to meet sales targets.

2. Review contracts, agreements, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

3. Drive lead generation and marketing efforts to support agents in closing deals.

4. Track and report sales performance metrics.

Administrative Duties

1. Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, office maintenance, and record-keeping.

2. Ensure proper handling of confidential client and transaction information.

3. Collaborate with other branches and corporate leadership on company initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field.

2. Experience: Proven experience in real estate, with a minimum of 1-3years in a leadership or management role.

3. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, train, and lead a team.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

5. Business Acumen: Understanding of financial management, sales metrics, and market analysis.

6. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions under pressure.
