We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our client base. This role requires someone who is confident, persuasive, and passionate about retail and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and physical outreach in the Kubwa area and beyond.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing support, guidance, and after-sales service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to both new and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor customer preferences and market trends to identify new opportunities and report feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations.
• Ensure daily account reconciliation.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or grocery environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Good knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must reside in or around Kubwa, Abuja.
• Proficiency in using mobile appsis an added advantage.
