Job Position: Brand Marketing Specialist

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies for multiple clients
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Create brand positioning and messaging frameworks
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels: This includes SEO, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and website analytics.
• Analyze campaign performance and metrics
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Guide creative direction for brand campaigns and marketing material
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage brand budget and resources.
• Present marketing plans and performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field (experience in both brand strategy and hands-on marketing execution is highly desirable)
• Previous experience at a top advertising agency or a fast-paced, marketing-driven company is preferred.
• Proven track record of successful brand marketing campaigns and demonstrable results.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client/stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in consumer insights, market research, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
