Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc. We are a leading cosmetic manufacturing company.

Job Position: Field Marketer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Marketer to join our team. 
• As a Field Marketer, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and promoting our products to distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness of our cosmetic products.
• Conduct in-store promotions and demonstrations to engage customers and promote products.
• Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders to increase product visibility and availability.
• Gather market feedback and insights to inform marketing decisions and product development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align field marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in the FMCG or cosmetics industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
