We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Builder

Job Location: Lagos
Expected start date: As soon as possible

Requirements

• Candidate must have between 7 years verifiable experience in a construction industry. 
• Candidate must also have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least, a 2nd Class Upper Level and above in Building Technology and COBON.

The following skills / competencies are required to be successful in the role:

• Read technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
• Prepare an execution plan from the master plan submitted, breaking down the work elements and how it will be executed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to work in a team.
