Job Position: Business Associate

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Abia, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Kaduna, Kano, Kogi, Kwara, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau & Rivers (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• We are hiring result oriented to our growth team to help us stimulate sales growth. In this position, you will be responsible for both customer acquisition and customer retention.
• You will follow sales leads and open up new avenues for us to target.
• On the retention side, you will need to focus on customer relationship management.
• While sales and marketing skills are important, you must also be able to keep our existing customers happy.

Job Responsibilities

• Offer AlabasterPay coupon to our merchants, Agents and users.
• Acquisition of new merchants, users and agents.
• Offer premium service to our existing and new customers by selling our services
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly target.

Job Requirements

• Must be a Graduate with 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
• Should be customer centric
• Should be tech savvy and have good interpersonal skills.
• Should have an Android mobile phone
• Should be able to work with or without supervision.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
