Job Position: Business Development / Customer Service Personnel

Job Location: Island and Mainland - Lagos

Job Position

• We are looking for business development/customer service personnel that has the following skill set to join our company.

Job Role

• Identify and develop growth strategies, plans and new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities; support the expansion of Dijo Waste Servicer’s institutional pipeline.
• Identify and pre-qualify new bid opportunities via online and offline searches.
• Achieve revenue targets through resource mobilization strategies.
• Manage proposal processes and pipelines, from capture through technical development, drafting, narrative reviews, and finalization.
• Coordinate proposal calendars, holding teams accountable to ensure the development of competitive proposal packages.
• Tracking and assessing new project opportunities and proactively contributing to marketing efforts to build a pipeline of high-quality business opportunities.
• Be responsible for building and maintaining a deep understanding of the proposal development process and will assist in ensuring compliance with client solicitations.

Qualification

• Minimum of OND qualification.

Skills Set:

• Good and effective communication
• Make informed decisions on sales.
• Must be able to negotiate.
• Must have good marketing skills and good on social media.
• Good on data analysis tools (excel and google sheets).
