Job Summary


  • The Business Development Manager will lead the company's business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.

Responsibilities
Business Opportunity Identification:

  •    Research and identify potential business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and partnerships.

Strategic Partnerships:

  •   Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

Business Development Strategy:

  •   Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.

Sales and Marketing:

  •    Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote the company's services and capabilities.

Proposal Development:

  •    Develop proposals and presentations to win new business.

Client Relationship Management:

  •     Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Intelligence:

  •    Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong portfolio of achievements.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective business development plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the pipeline construction industry.
